What is the most suitable meditation cushion for me? + -
Is the product I receive the same as the one seen in the photo in the online store? + -
Yes, it is important that you read the characteristics of the product, especially the size of the cushions, when making the purchase. It must be taken into account that the colors may vary a little from the photos shown on the website. Another aspect to take into account is that the bags and cushions are handmade, so the products are similar, but no two are the same.
Can yoga cushion covers be washed? + -
Yes, the cushions to meditate/zafús are removable and easy to wash. They have an outer cover and inner covers. The outer cover is removable, has a zipper, can be washed. The filling of the cushions is in inner covers that also have a zipper or velcro.
The knee and ankle cushions can be washed, they have a velcro that, when opened, the padding can be removed before washing the covers.
Instructions for washing: outer and inner covers are made of 100% organic cotton with OEKO-TEX certificate.

In washing machine in normal cycle at 30 degrees Celsius.
Do not use whitener.
Do not use dryer.
If you want to iron, use an iron at medium temperature.

Can the rubber covering of the spelt or millet husks, from the filling of the cushions, fall off with sweat or if it gets wet? + -
No, the latex or natural rubber of the padding will not fall off if it gets wet with sweat or water because the fixation process when treating it makes it adhere and penetrate the shell, maintaining its shape and remaining porous and breathable.
The natural latex used comes from rubber tree sap and is sourced from organically managed plantations and purchased according to fair trade criteria.

From which countries can I purchase items from the online shop? + -
You can place your orders from any country. What varies is the payment of taxes for countries that are not members of the European Union, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla in these cases the customer will bear the costs of customs clearance (entry and / or exit) and the payment of local tax, IGIC or similar to receive the product.
Are out-of-stock items restocked? + -
In these cases we will do our best to restock the products as soon as possible. If you have any urgent orders for these items please contact us to let you know when they are in stock.
What are the shipping costs? + -
Shipping costs will be calculated automatically in the checkout process based on the weight and size of the products, as well as the shipping address. The shipping costs are borne by the customer.
About ordering
How do I know if I have placed the order correctly? + -
Once you have completed the purchase process an order confirmation email will be sent with the purchase summary, payment method (if applicable), shipping and billing information.
If you have not received this email it is a sign that the purchase process was not completed correctly, we ask you to contact us through our online form or by sending an email to the email address info@karacolyoga.com.
Is the item I received not the one I ordered? + -
If we mistakenly send you a product that you did not order, we will exchange it for the correct item. Please contact us within 15 days of receipt.
What do I do if the product I received is defective? + -
The quality of our products is very important to us, which is why we carefully check the products when they are sent. If there is a problem with a product due to an incident, you have 15 days from the day you receive the product to notify us. We will exchange the product for the correct one including shipping.

Can I cancel my order? + -
Yes, you can cancel your order at any time before shipment by sending an email to info@karacolyoga.com indicating your order number. Is it possible to change the delivery address of the order? + -
Yes, only in cases where the order has not been delivered to the carrier. We therefore ask you to contact us as soon as possible. Once the package has been dispatched, it will not be possible to change the delivery address.
