Order tracking

We will send an email to the customer when we deliver the order to the shipping company, to the address provided in the form, with the shipment confirmation and the tracking number of the package.

The customer will be able to track the shipment on the website of the carrier you have selected. From this moment on, the only information the company has regarding the orders is the one provided by the transport company.
