Orders and deliveries
Order
To place an order You must be 18 years old and the capacity to contract or purchase. The order is placed on the web store www.karacolyoga.com, so internet access is required to access the Web Site. It is also necessary to register as a user by filling out an electronic form before making a purchase. Thus, after adding the selected products or services to the shopping cart, you can proceed to finalize the purchase by selecting the payment method, filling out the corresponding payment forms, shipping methods or modification (if required) and billing information.
Payment methods and types of shipping methods are shown on the checkout pages. Once the purchase is completed and as soon as possible, an email will be sent to the buyer with the order receipt, purchase summary, payment information (if applicable), shipping and billing information. If we are unable to process your order due to any incident, we will contact you by email or telephone.
A printed receipt will be sent with the order. This receipt will be issued in the name of the individual or company that has placed the order, so customers must ensure that they place the order with the correct information.
In case you want to make a change in the delivery address once the order has been placed, it is essential that you notify us as soon as possible to the following e-mail address

Once the package has been dispatched, it will not be possible to make any change of address.
Shipping
All orders are prepared within 24 hours of receipt (orders placed on Fridays are processed on Mondays). The order will be shipped to the address shown on your order form within the timeframe determined by the shipping service you have selected.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on weight and shipping address. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment by sending an email to info@karacolyoga.com indicating your order number.
When we deliver your order to the carrier, we will send an e-mail to the customer at the address you provided with the shipment confirmation and the tracking number of the package. You will be able to track your shipment on the carrier’s website, depending on the carrier you have selected. From this moment on, the only information the company has regarding the orders is the one provided by the transport company.
Home delivery is on average (depending on the service you select) 2-6 working days, once delivered to the transport company, in Peninsula and Balearic Islands for the products available in our warehouse. In areas far from urban centers that do not have daily delivery, delivery will be made on the first available day by the transport agency.
Shipments to other countries within the European Union will be delivered within 5-6 business days. For shipments to the rest of the world, delivery time will be between six and eight working days, excluding customs delays. Shipping times are approximate. The company is not responsible for any failures and/or delays that the transport companies may have.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, customs clearance costs and payment of local taxes will always be borne by the customer. In the event that you refuse the order at the time of delivery and it is returned to us by the carrier, the customs, local tax and shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the refund of the purchase.
If upon receipt of the package you notice that the box has arrived defective or you believe it may have been tampered with, you should not accept the package and should contact us immediately. If you have accepted and the package has been damaged or tampered with you should contact us at
