Recommended for people who have difficulty sitting on the floor in an easy posture, have very high thighs and knees and feel muscle tension to maintain posture. It provides stability to the practitioner helping to straighten the back, promoting circulation.
The cushion is flexible and versatile and has 3 heights due to its 2 inner cushions with two different heights. It is very easy to change the height, pull out one of the inner cushions, to adapt it to your flexibility or the support you need on that day or at different times during a long meditation practice or retreat.
