Returns and exchanges
If the customer is not satisfied with any of the products purchased at www.karacolyoga.com he/she may exercise the right of withdrawal and request a refund within the first 15 days of receipt of the product.

. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
However, you will not be able to return a product to us and claim a refund from us
if the products are damaged by the user, used or without the original labeling.
You will not be able to obtain a refund of the purchase price if it is for a service that has already been fully performed, such as yoga classes or Sat Nam Rasayan sessions. You will not be able to request a return and obtain a refund for products that may be considered custom-made, whether or not such products appear on our website.
To exercise the option to return an order, product or cancel a service contract (not performed) you must send an email to
info@karacolyoga.com
attaching the invoice number and the order number including your contact details and explaining the reason for returning the product. We will then send you an e-mail with instructions on how to ship the product. You must return the products of the order in perfect condition and undamaged. Items must be properly packaged so that they are not damaged in transit. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
In case of return, the refund of the amounts paid for the products will be made through the payment method used for the purchase. And will be transferred to the receipt of the goods once received and after checking the status of the same, the refund of the product will be processed in an estimated time of 3 – 7 days, depending on your bank. Without affecting the consumer’s right of withdrawal or warranty liability for defective products, the holder’s civil liability for the products supplied would be limited to the amount of such products.
If there is a problem with a product, the deadline for notification is 15 days from the day of receipt of the product. The customer will not pay shipping costs, if: he has received a mismatched product with which you purchased or have received a damaged product. Please send an email to info@karacolyoga.com detailing the problem and a picture or video where we can see the damage, attaching the invoice number, the order number and including your contact details and your name.
Once we have received and checked the product we will send you another one in exchange at no additional cost. In these cases the exchange will be made for the same article or reference and we will pay the corresponding shipping costs and the new shipment.
The owner reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Communicated or sent after the deadline.
- Products that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
- Items that have been damaged due to improper washing.
In case the order is a gift, the Website will exchange or refund the product if the return complies with the conditions described in the previous paragraphs.
