If the Crow Pose raises your heels off the floor, you can use the ankle cushions.
Cat/Cow Posture
You can use the knee cushions in this position to protect your knees.
Camel Pose
If your hands do not reach your heels when doing this posture, you can use the ankle cushions to give you support. And the knee cushions to protect your knees if you have tension in the area.
Balance on your knees and forehead
This posture can put stress on the knees and forehead as these are the points of support. Use the knee cushions and ankle cushion on the forehead.
Rest in lunge stretching
Putting a knee cushion on your hips will give you stability in your posture. If your forehead does not reach the ground or you feel tension, place an ankle cushion on your forehead.
Celibate pose / lie back on the ground
You can use the seat cushion with 1 inner cushion and place it on the lower back for support and the knee cushions to protect the knees.
Front Bends
You can use the ankle or knee cushions if your hands do not reach the floor in this posture.
Guro Pranam Posture
If your forehead does not reach the floor in this posture, you can place a knee or ankle cushion on your forehead.
Rock Posture (variation)
If you have difficulty in maintaining this posture you can use the sitting cushion with 1 inner cushion, the knee and ankle cushions to support the instep.
Yoga Mudra Posture
You can use knee cushions if you feel stress in the area when doing this posture. And on the forehead an ankle cushion in case you do not touch the ground with your forehead.
Frog posture
You can put the ankle or knee cushions, depending on the support you need, under your heels.
Easy posture
When meditating you may need different kinds of support, depending on the day or time of meditation, you can turn the croissant-shaped cushion upside down with the ends facing backwards.
Squats
If you lift your heels off the floor during squats, you can use the ankle cushions.
Platform posture
If you feel discomfort or tension in your instep when doing this pose, use the ankle cushions for support.
