Kundalini Yoga Classes

This technique is for everyone, regardless of age, flexibility or physical condition.

The classes combine movement (asana), breathing (pranayama), meditation (dhyana) and relaxation.

With kriyas: body postures coordinated with the breath to strengthen or relax the body.

Classes - Meditation

Sustained and progressive concentration.

With different types of: breathing (pranayama), hand posture (mudra), focusing, body movement and sound (mantra).

Kundalini yoga has many types of meditations, each of which can work or focus on different aspects of the mind and/or body.

Duration 30 min.

Classes - Yoga for children

Short, simple series of yoga postures, meditations and breathing.

With fun and attractive elements: stories, games, sound instruments, meditation bottle.

A space is created where they can experience silence and body and emotional awareness.

Duration 30 min. to 45 min. depending on the age of the child.

Kriyas, sequences of postures and movements (asanas) with specific breathing. They are intended to increase flexibility and firm the body.
